JUNE 18, 2012
VOTER ELIGIBILITY
You must be a Registered Elector of the Town of New Shoreham
AND
• a municipal SEWER user  ...or
• reside in the SEWER District  ...or
• an owner or leaseholder of property connected to the sewer collection system,
includes agents or representative of the owner or leaseholder.
If you are not a registered voter in the Town of New Shoreham, you have until May 18th
to sign up at Town Hall.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of New Shoreham Zoning Board of Review will be in session at the Town Hall, Old Town Road on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 5:00 PM for a regular meeting. 
All persons interested will be heard for or against the granting of the following applications under the Zoning Ordinances:
1.    Closter, Robert. Plat 18, Lot 2-14. Application for a Special Use Permit from 405 (affordable housing) and for a Variance from Section 312 (C) for construction of an attached garage.
2.    Town of New Shoreham. Plat 19, Lot 1. Application for a Special Use Permit under 312 (E) and 410 Recreational Facility for construction of a picnic shelter and bathrooms.
3.    1870, LLC. Plat 14, Lot 30. Application by Joseph Lipscomb for a Variance from Sections 306(C) and 511 (A)(2) for the conversion of an existing accessory structure to an Accessory Residential Structure and a contingent application to amend the Zoning Decisions dated March 27, 2002 and August 27, 2007.
