The Town of New Shoreham Planning Board will be in session for a meeting on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 4:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, Old Town Road.  
AGENDA
1.    Payne’s Harbor View Inn. Plat 5, Lot 111. Public Hearing for an Application for a Modification to a previously approved Development Plan Review application.  
2.    Block Island Power Company Inc. and the Estate of Marjorie McGinnes. Plat 17, Lots 35, 36, 37, 38 and 40.  Public Hearing for Application by Block Island Transmission, LLC for Deepwater Wind for  Development Plan Review for construction of a substation on the BIPCO property. Continued from the January meeting.
3.    Act on the Capital Budget requests and forward to the Town Manager.
4.    Review previously approved project Plat 6, Lot 90 Old Harbor Meadows.(BIED)
5.    Election of Officers  
6.    Discussion; Planning Projects for 2012

Block Island Housing Board.  Plat 19 Lot 42-3 Zoning Modification Request is to locate a new Single Family Dwelling forty six (46) feet from the western property line of Lot 42-3.  A fifty (50) foot setback from all property lines is required in the Residential A (RA) Zoning District.  If no written objections are received from directly abutting property owners by March 6, 2012, the Zoning Modification will be granted.

TOWN OF NEW SHOREHAM
SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY
The Town is seeking separate sealed BIDS to be delivered to the Town Manager for the sale of surplus property from the Town:
•    Kohler generator (older then 1950)
•    1958 Winpower Model  #G-15C180  
Both generators do not run and are at the Medical Center.   Please contact Monty Stover at (401) 466-2125 if you wish to view them.  
Sealed BIDS must be submitted in writing and clearly addressed to the Town Manager, P.O. Box 220, BI, RI 02807 until 11:00 A.M. on February 3, 2012 and will be opened and read aloud.
The Town reserves the right to reject any/all Bids and waive any informalities in the Bids received.
Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the Town Clerk (401) 466-3200 forty-eight (48) business days prior to the Bid opening.
